Is the Suite suitable for families with children?
The hotel's own FAQ says it welcomes all ages. Its printed policies, however, accept children from age 13 and charge them the adult rate. The main guest checking in must be at least 21. With one king bed and no rollaway, the Suite works best for couples or adults travelling together.
What should I know before arriving?
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is at noon. The front desk is open 24 hours. A refundable security deposit is collected by credit card at check-in. Pets, outside food and drink, speakers and inflatables are not allowed. The hotel accepts American Express, Mastercard and Visa.
How do I get to Nômade Temple Tulum from the airport?
Tulum International Airport (TQO) is about 48 km away, and the drive to the hotel zone takes roughly 40–55 minutes. Official taxis charge a fixed rate of about USD 91 for 1–3 passengers, which covers a full Suite party. Pre-booked private transfers are also an option. The hotel offers an airport shuttle for an extra charge.
